Personal Learning Environments involve a group of techniques and mostly simple and inexpensive tools which anyone can use to capture, create and share knowledge, to extend one’s personal network and collaborate with one’s ecosystem.
The strength of PLE’s proces resides in its recurrence in the creation of a personal knowledge database.
